Should your order arrive damaged, we offer a 30 day return policy on damaged goods for store credit only. Claims are subject to approval and must be submitted within 30 days of shipping date. Customer is eligible for an equal exchange if the wrong item was received in error. Open or used items are not eligible for a return or exchange. To submit a claim, please contact service@idealabrasives.com and provide order number, date of order, photos of damaged, unopened items and all original packaging, including shipping container. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
